Set in a quiet bayside street and just minutes walk to the pristine, family-friendly bay beach at Rye, this gorgeous beach house is sure to meet your holiday wishes on your next Peninsula getaway.

The interior is superb; cool, painted timber floors initiate a calm, coastal ambience which flows through the entire home.  Four bedrooms, two with ensuites, and an extra bathroom, accommodate up to 10 guests with plenty of room to move.  The beds are oh so comfortable as are the furnishings throughout, youll be relaxing on arrival.  Infused with natural light, the spacious open plan living gazes out to the outdoor entertaining area, offering a shimmering, gas heated swimming pool, and alfresco dining.  Laze by the pool with a book or enjoy a family bbq, this space is fully enclosed and secure. Theres also a fun games room with pool table, a great spot for the kids (or man kids) to entertain themselves away from the main house.  Night-time comes alive with festoon lighting stretching across the space, why not sit by the firepit swapping tall tales while the kids roast marshmallows, memories are made of this!
All bedrooms contain split system air-conditioners and ceiling fans for year round comfort. With smart TVs in all king bedrooms you'll be sure to find a quiet place to relax and unwind on your own.

If you feel the need to leave your own personal resort, all that the fabulous Mornington Peninsula has to offer is at your fingertips.  Wineries, carnivals, golf courses, farm gate produce, hatted restaurants, kids activities, the list goes on.  And dont forget the more energetic pastimes, surfing, fishing, bushwalking, and more.  We challenge you to find a Victorian location that offers more to see and do!

Be inspired for your next Mornington Peninsula stay - relax and enjoy!
