Copywriting will be undertaken and your property will be listed across all available booking platforms including (but not limited to) Airbnb, Stayz, Homeaway, TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Saltwater Escapes, ensuring your holiday investment is seen by the maximum number of potential guests. We’ll request for you to install a key safe or door code (or we can facilitate this for you) allowing after hours guest arrivals and access for housekeepers and our staff attending to property condition checks. We will then undertake a thorough photographic inventory of your property and contents. All guest enquiries will be quickly attended to and then followed up, a vital step in securing the maximum number of quality bookings. We’ll provide you with feedback and advice giving you peace of mind that you are achieving the best possible results.
